With a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and an MBA from INSEAD, our CEO combines over a decade of hands-on experience with a sharp strategic mindset.
Having worked with leading international firms such as Teixeira Duarte and Odebrecht, he has been deeply involved in delivering complex, large-scale developments. He also served as Project Manager for Parque da Cidade in São Paulo, a landmark mixed-use project supported by the Clinton Foundation, featuring more than 10 LEED-certified buildings.
Known for staying focused on the end goal (and not getting lost in the noise), he brings together real-world site experience, a clear vision, and a strong grasp of management—bridging the gap between planning and execution, and ensuring projects are delivered as intended.
With a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, our Chief Operating Officer brings a strong track record in leading complex projects from concept to delivery.
Having held leadership roles in Project Management at Rockbuilding and Teixeira Duarte, she has been responsible for driving a wide range of developments, including Artilharia Um, TAP Campus, and the Cascaishopping retrofit.
With extensive experience across projects in Angola, she combines operational precision with a practical, hands-on approach—keeping teams aligned, timelines on track, and making sure things move forward without unnecessary friction.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business Organization and Management from Universidade Lusófona do Porto, Fernanda is a Finance and Accounting Director with experience across both industrial and social sectors including roles at Urbanos Press, Grupo Logista Publicações, Santogal, and Cercica.
Having worked across organisations with distinct operational structures and financial requirements, she has developed a strong ability to adapt financial control and reporting to different business environments with rigour and clarity.
Today, Fernanda leads the company’s accounting and financial management, ensuring financial operations are structured, disciplined, and aligned with the evolving needs of the business.
With a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Nova de Lisboa and a postgraduate qualification in Real Estate Management and Valuation from ISEG, Telmo is a Project Manager with solid experience in construction management and after-sales, working closely with on-site teams and coordinating projects on a daily basis to ensure consistent progress and execution.
Key projects at NS Signature include Vila Praia, Trinas 135, Hotel Clube do Lago, and Terraços de São Pedro.
He is responsible for managing internal construction teams and overseeing site execution and progress, ensuring alignment between planning and delivery on the ground.
With a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, Clara is a Project Manager at NS Signature.
She has experience as Construction Director at Euroreal and Works Supervision Director at Fasquia, having led and coordinated projects across residential developments and high-end refurbishments.
Her experience includes the delivery of a residential building in Bordeaux, France, as well as the expansion of two villas in Quinta da Marinha.
She brings a practical, execution-focused approach to site coordination, ensuring strong alignment between design, construction, and delivery on the ground.
With a Master’s degree in Architecture from Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon, Tiago is a Project Manager with experience as an architect at Atelier Pedro Mariguesa Arquitetos and at Teixeira Duarte – Engenharia e Construções S.A., contributing to residential and mixed-use projects.
His experience spans both new developments and rehabilitation works, including the refurbishment of a house in Sítio do Arroio and the Bayview Cascais project.
Tiago works at the intersection of design and execution, ensuring alignment between what is designed and what is delivered on site.
Graduated in Public Administration and Territorial Policies from the Institute of Social and Political Sciences, and currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Economics and Public Policy at ISCTE, João is M&A & Monitoring Analyst at NS Signature.
He oversees projects under development, analyses pipeline opportunities, and supports due diligence processes, ensuring coordination across teams and stakeholders.
His work is focused on data analysis and the development of decision-support models, as well as the preparation of business plans, feasibility studies, and strategic analyses that inform investment decisions and support business growth.
With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Advertising from IADE – Faculty of Design, Technology and Communication, and a master’s degree in Marketing Management from IPAM, Lisbon, Margarida is Head of the Commercial and Marketing Department at NS Signature.
She is responsible for the development and commercial launch of new projects, as well as the coordination of the company’s commercial and marketing activities.
She works closely with partners, suppliers, and clients, managing relationships and ensuring alignment between project positioning, market strategy, and business development objectives.
With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa, Afonso works in Investor Relations and Fundraising at NS Signature.
He is responsible for managing investor relationships and supporting capital raising efforts, working closely with investors to ensure clear communication, alignment with investment strategies, and a high standard of client service.
His role also includes maintaining long-term partnerships, identifying new investment opportunities, and contributing to the growth and positioning of the company’s funds.
